What areas do you cover?

We’re based in Leeds (LS10), and any jobs within a five mile radius of our location is free.

We apply a travel fee of £1.60 per mile for jobs outside of Leeds (return travel included). Mileage is calculated using Google Maps and rounded up to the nearest mile.

What Prices do you charge?

Prices start at £25 per hour for cleaning or £35 per hour for DIY. We have a minimum booking of 2 hours within Leeds and half a day outside of Leeds. Please get in touch for a estimate.

do you offer a sliding scale?

We believe everyone deserves access to safe, accessible and affordable tradespeople, & everyone deserves help to make improvements around their home if and when they need them! So, we have recently started the Queer Care Fund, a pay-it-forward scheme to support LGBTQ+ folks who need a bit of extra help.

We ask those who are able to consider adding 10%, 15% or 20% to their invoice to help someone else. That extra goes into a fund for queer people on low income, on benefits, in debt or disabled.

If that’s you, you can get 15–25% off — no questions asked, just tell us at the point of obtaining a quote.

At the end of the year, we’ll use any leftover funds to do a free job for an LGBTQ+ person or organisation who needs it.

i’m too far away, DO you know any queer handy-person services in my area?

We are putting together a Directory of Tradespersons and companies across the UK who are either LGBTQ+ themselves or who come recommended by members of the LGBTQ+ community as safe and reliable.
