We’ll always give you a clear quote before we start work. Some jobs are priced per hour, others we’ll quote as a fixed rate.

Cleaning starts at £28 per hour

DIY and general handyperson work starts at £35 per hour

Within Leeds: We have a minimum service charge of 2 hours, based on the hourly rate for the type of work.

Outside Leeds: Minimum booking is usually a half day or full day, depending on the type of work and how far we’re travelling.

We’re based in Leeds. Travel within a 5-mile radius of our base (LS11) is free.

For jobs beyond 5 miles, we charge £1.60 per mile, calculated using Google Maps and rounded up to the nearest mile (return journey included in the total).

We’ll always include this in your quote so there are no surprises.

We provide all the tools needed. If the job requires materials (like paint, fixings, wood etc.), you’re welcome to supply them, or we can source them for you and add the cost to your final invoice.

Once we’ve agreed the details of the job and set a date, we’ll ask for a 20% deposit to secure the booking.
We’re unable to hold the date without the deposit — it confirms your slot in our calendar and helps us plan around your job.
